By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance processes.

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with estimated delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

These are estimated delivery times only. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

• Carcassing Timber & Brown Treated Softwood Sleepers (especially if cut to specific requirements)
• Feather Edge Boards & Decking (if cut or altered)
• Fencing Tools and Essentials & Garden Tools (if packaging opened or product used)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Use products appropriately and in accordance with any provided instructions

• Losses resulting from improper installation or use of products
• Delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control
• Any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
